Elijah Pootoogook
Elijah Pootoogook is the son of Etidlooie Etidlooie, but was adopted by Sharnie and Pudlat Pootoogook, who were both artists. His sister, Sarah Putuguk, and wife, Iqarlik, are also artists. Elijah was commissioned to produce a folio of prints by Imperial Oil in 1960, and his works have been exhibited at the National Gallery of Canada, the Simon Fraser Gallery and others across North America.
